My career includes executive marketing roles with international hotel groups such as Barceló, Lopesan, Dunas and arcona, as well as founding and leading a hospitality marketing consultancy for over 15 years, advising hotel groups, public institutions and leisure companies on digital transformation, CRM strategy and customer experience.
Today, as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Quinta, I help hotel companies unlock the full value of AI-powered data management. By combining Customer Success, CRM expertise, SaaS implementation, strategic consulting and certified coaching skills, I enable customers to successfully adopt new technologies and translate innovation into measurable business outcomes.
